I think sticking to low repetitions and going heavier is a good option. It'll force your body to get stronger and bulk up.

You'll do fine on whey protein powder. Some people also like pea protein. It just depends on what you're looking for.

I think for bulking powders go with some straight protein powder. Make sure it's plain protein unsweetened.

Bros, raw oatmeal is good. Make sure you don't get the one with lots of sugar; that's no good for you.

I think the top carb out there is rice. You can choose wild rice, brown rice, or white rice. I personally like the wild rice the best.

do the KLOW stack. 1-2mgs a day is good to start. You can increase the three to four mg if you can afford it.

I love me some BPC at 250 mcg per day. That is a good one. Run the TB 500 1 mg every other day with it. You'll get excellent results.
