I could switch the primo for deca. maybe just add 100mg a week. Maybe run the primo when im good and healed in 4 months. 400 test/200 primo

Bros, the HCG will help. But run some Tribulus as well and FenuGreek. Those will help plump further up.

As a note if ur cycle is almost over - I would just stay with your PCT plan. instead of adding it now.

I would go with hcgenerate instead. It will still plump your balls up and comes with less side effects. You won't get estrogen issues...
