You'll do great on BPC at 250 to 500 mcg per day and in the TB500 you want to run 1 to 2 mg a day. Start there and you'll get great results.

Here is how I would set this one up: - Do the BPC spot inject it. - Do the TB500 in your stomach fat. - Run them both together for 16 weeks.
