Approved Log Mavs "RCS" SARMS Bridge Log

Great advice. I will check out the arahi's. We do not have a Fleet Feet near by BUT we have a trendy local running store and they do the full analysis as well. My wife is a runner and she loves HOKAS and tells me this running store is fantastic. I will let you know how this goes. I think I am going tomorrow or maybe this afternoon.
yes, definitely get everything tested because there is a lot that goes into picking the right shoe, which im sure you know if your wife is a runner... you will love them... just let them guide you on the proper one...
 
Yeah...terrible idea and I was only eating 4 oz per day with 8oz of chicken on top! I made it with an eggplant & tomatoes and I had not eaten eggplant in a long time. Also realized I am intolerant of eggplant! Bloating, gas and I was hungry!! Perfect storm! I gave the rest of my meal prep to my wife and she had no problems. She is a billygoat...eats anything and stays lean. Love her and hate her at the same time LOL
i eat eggplant daily... being a purple vegetable its extra good for you and your longevity... it should make you feel quite full as it has a lot of water in it so it may not have actually been the eggplant.. adding only ONE thing, like the eggplant and not changing anything else will give you a full accurate idea of it indeed was the cause or not

Picked up the HOKA Clifton. They did a full assessment and I learned my arches are slightly high and my gate is Healthy… Neutral.


I I tried Brooke, Mizzuno’s and the HOKA.

All we’re comfortable but when I tried the HOKAS I thought “I wow…I need to run in these immediately” …obviously a good sign lol

Can’t wait for my Sunday run
 
i eat eggplant daily... being a purple vegetable its extra good for you and your longevity... it should make you feel quite full as it has a lot of water in it so it may not have actually been the eggplant.. adding only ONE thing, like the eggplant and not changing anything else will give you a full accurate idea of it indeed was the cause or not
Daily? Wow I know it’s healthy but I don’t think I could eat it daily. Not too big a fan of the texture.

No idea what could’ve caused my stomach discomfort other than the eggplant.

I’ll have to look at the recipe again but I think the only uncommon ingredient I don’t usually eat is arrowroot. I guess it could have been that.

I’ll silo each and see

i have 13-15 servings of vegetables daily brother... i eat them all throughout the day... each day my wifes cooks these all together for me

5-6 bell peppers
2-3 zuchinis
8-12 oz mushrooms
1/2-full onion
1/2-1 full eggplant
2 stems of green onions

i eat on this all throughout the day everyday.. often times ill add some protein powder on top of my biggest portions and/or ill drizzle a little bit of peanut or almond butter as well...

She just cuts everything up, cooks them all together, which takes about 1.5 hours a day for her to do it and it makes 3 full bowls.. i just snack on them throughout the day and then in the evening, i cook the rest with 6 egg whites together... generally i put some protein powder on the top after it cooks and let it melt in and a little bit of peanut butter over the top or just plain, dependent upon how my protein intake is for the day

GW-501516 (CARDARINE) 30 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
Mk2866 (OSTABOLIC) BUMPED to 30 mg per day TODAY, dosed once a day in the a.m.
Sr9009 (STENABOLIC) 30 mg day... 15 mg doses 8 hours apart

Psyllium Husk Fiber
N2Gaurd - 7 caps/day (full dose)
TUDCA
NAC
Vitamin E - 400ui
L-Tyrosine - 500mg
Fish Oil - 3000mg
Vitamin D - 3000IU
Vitamin C - 1000mg
Cardazol
Creatine

TRT:
62.5mg of Test Cyp every third day keeps my test levels around 1000

STATS:
Body Weight: 215

DIET & MACROS:

2500 cals/day
250g protein
83g fat
188g carbs

THIS IS MY BASE DIET - I.E. every couple days I swap out a meal with Salmon, chicken, beef with other veggies

Breakfast:
Greek Yogurt 3/4 cup
1/2 cup blackberries
1/2 cup blue berries

Snack:
Oatmeal Jar
1 cup rolled oats
1.5 scoops whey isolate (good shit ...no sweetness or other garbage)
1/2 cup blueberries
2 TBS sliced almonds
2TBS chia seed

Lunch:
10 egg whites
1 cup blue berries
1 cup of kale
10 oz coconut water

Snack:
4 hardboiled eggs - We have chickens BTW and have all the eggs we need :)

Dinner:
THIS WEEK MEAL PREP

Ground Venison & Basmati Rice (found an awesome recipe and made it my own)
topped with cilantro and fat free mozzarella

AND

Cilantro Chicken & Basmati Rice with avocado

Both are delicious

When I write up the recipes I will post with macros


Training - same as posted previously with a mobility & core focus, but I am enhancing it to accommodate for my troubled areas like my chest that I intentionally neglected for the last year because I wanted it to shrink a bit while I focused on my back. Now my back is slammed and I need to shape my chest, so that is an area of priority...along with my legs...always my legs. Hard leg gainer here.
