Looking for some guidance here! I’m finishing a 12 week cycle of ostarine (15mg/day). I honestly didn’t notice any difference. Basically looking to either start a SARMS stack where I will actually hit my goals or go the anavar route. My goals are to gain strength, stay lean, and help out my cranky knees.

I’m a 36 year old female, 160lbs, train 5-6 a week.

if you want to get on anavar you need to start this with a log you can share with us

new thread and get a log going so we can see where you're at, i mean you're 160lbs so we need to know more before telling you to use steroids

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

i wrote you everything in a private message that you asked for... i know you bought your prior sarms from a local supplement store... so this is in response to your message to me...

NEVER and i mean NEVER buy any sarms from a supplement store.. chances are about 99.9% that was not a sarm you even took.. im hoping you got bloodwork done after but the reason you felt nothing is because you didnt have a real sarm, not to mention warrior labz has a HORRIBLE reputation as it is...

I thought it to be extremely strange for you to say you really didnt get anything from it because women respond extremely well to ostarine... so that would explain that part of it..

1-12 GW-501516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 (ANDARINE) 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
1-12 Mk2866 (OSTABOLIC) 12.5 mg per day first two weeks then bump to 25 mg per day, dosed once a day in the a.m.
 
i don't think females should use steroids or sarms
my gf is on testosterone 100mgs a week cause she needs it though
