I’m planning my first testosterone cycle. I’ll start at 250 mg/week and gradually increase the dose, with a maximum target of 500 mg/week depending on how I respond.
During the cycle, I’ll have Aromasin (exemestane) on hand in case estrogen-related side effects become an issue rather than using it routinely. I also plan to use hCG at 500 IU/week, split into two 250 IU doses.
For PCT, my current plan is Nolvadex (tamoxifen) at 40 mg/day for the first two weeks, followed by 20 mg/day for another two weeks.
Any thoughts on the overall approach or anything you’d change?
