Test Enanthate and Tren Enanthate Cycle

30 years old 5’11 250.
Trying to jump start getting back into really good shape. 2 bottles of test 4 of tren. Have been off gear for sometime now, looking for suggestions on dosage and how long to run etc.

If you're getting back into it and bad shape maybe trenbolone not the best but if you insist try this.
250mgs test enan/week
400mgs tren enan/week
30mgs winstrol
20mgs gw cardarine (tren cough and sides)

also considering that you have fewer bottles of testosterone, I suggest you do the classic 250 mg of test per week and let the tren act with high dosages.
you could do 1ml of test and 2 or 3ml of tren per week.
It depends on the side but the longer you keep the cycle the more results you will see.
nothing under 8-10 weeks
 
I would use Phill’s approach and run the tren higher than your test. Good diet and cardio with this combo should def help to cut some fat off and tighten up. I’ve seen a ton of guys I personally know that were pretty fat do cycles of test and winnie and really crack down on the diet and cardio make serious progress.
