Best way to use anavar to shred up

I’m 217 lbs 6 foot 1 and around fourteen percent body fat
my goal is to shred down under 10%
what do you guys think about using anavar at 50mgs a day for 8 weeks?
Do you think I should stack anything with it?
How much cardio do I need to do on this stack?
What I have to eat healthy on this stack?

50mgs anavar is fine ed is good
but you need 7caps n2guard ed
and 1 hour of cardio and low carbs

I'm not writing out a diet but yes you do need to diet healthily
 
heavy cardio will be hard on var cause of the pumps. The lower back pumps are no joke so you better keep that in mind
 
the key with anavar is getting the real stuff
they also have excellent test too you can stack with it
ugfreak.to has both and its high quality
 
I say do 300 mg of test with it it's a great strength and muscle builder
 
I would not exceed 6 weeks with anavar whatsoever... i do not recommend going over 6 weeks on any oral other than proviron...

you definitely want to incorporate cardio as well.. i would go with 4-5 days per week at 45 minutes per day

Thats typically how my weeks are structured with cardio sometimes a little longer if I have time.
 
Technically ypu dont need any cardi0 to shred up. It can be done by diet alone, but a lot of people like a conjunction of a caloroc deficit and cardio to give yourself the right deficit for fat loss
