At times this situation had me so frustrated I damn near said to hell with it but it finally landed after 3 months. And as my luck seems to be going, 4 of the 6 bottles are completely crashed. Ultima was out of stock and they gave two brands to pick from, reviews on the Cyp looked solid but i haven't tried them either. Hopefully the crashed are still usable, last time they weren't. They would recrystalize within the hour and left a really bad lump at the site

heat it up before you give and usually you ordered right thats how the gear is so they should know whats up

Been ordering for years from them and this time they seem to just keep telling me to wait. Idk but after 30 days of it doesn’t arrive they have reshipped once before when this happened. This time it is email reply after email reply to wait. May be thinking the same as you and finding a new supplier.

I did, didn’t hear back yet. Got an email back finally that they are saying they will re-ship the package. Again they’ve always been really good about if something takes over 30 days they no-hassle reship the package. It’s happened one time before a few years ago. This time it is so dragged out to where it’s been 2 months now.

Update, got new tracking number and just saw my inbox. I’m new on here and didn’t get a notification when the PM was sent. Looks like everything is going to be okay. Just took way more back and forth and double the wait time to get confirmation. A large order was taken by the powers that be when it was shipped. Sounds like a lot of folks had this happen and not just me.

All is good as things stand now. I’ll update when package is received, either way I’ll update this when the time comes. Thank you for all the help
