still pretty cut up and bruised up so taking the rest of the week off training and getting back to it on Sunday. Diet has been good around 180g protein 120g carbs and 120g fats. Basically been chicken and rice 3 times a day.

Kind of embarrassed to admit this but I’ve had to take a few days off from the gym. I had a couple sheep get out of their pasture the other night at 4 am and in the process of getting them back in I got tangled up in a barbed wire fence and cut up everywhere. Should be good to go back to working out in a day or two.

34g come from my EFAs and the rest was meat fat which is also an estimate. What should I be keeping fats at?
 
This is a good level of fats, I just wanted to see your fats vs protein ratios bro
what meats do you eat? lamp? @Ravenson
We rarely eat lamb since it is so greasy, mostly pork and chicken with the occasional beef and try to do fish once or twice a week.
