So today was my cardio
20 min run on sundays I do a 1min on 1 min off so 1 min as fast as I can then slow down for 1 min and keep going until 20 mins are done I ended up doing about 2 miles I just had 2 days off for my girls birthday we went and stayed at hotel so no working out my last chest day I believe was on Monday it’s chest and back
Incline dumbbell press super set with dumbbell rows 4 sets
Set 1 15 reps at 65 pound
Set 2 12 reps at 75 pounds
Set 3 8 reps at 85 pound
Set 4 6 reps 85 pounds
Flat bench dumbbell press
Super set with rows
3 sets
Set 1 , 8 reps 95 pounds
Set 2 , 6 reps 95 pounds
Set 3 , 4 reps 95 pound
4 sets of machine dec flys drop sets until failed
4 sets of of pull ups until failure
