I'm having a situation with napsgear with my orders actually making it to the post. My order says it shipped 10 days ago. However, when I check tracking it just says that the label has been created and USPS is awaiting the item. I have 2 parcels coming from 2 different locations and both say the same thing and haven't updated what so ever in the last week and a half. I've attempted to create a help ticket with no help at all. They lag several days to give a response that doesn't address this at all. Has anyone else had a similar issues where you're being told it has shipped but tracking shows it was never actually dropped and only a shipping label was created?? One of the packages is coming from Texas which priority should take longer than 2 days. I'm not understanding what the hold up is and why labels were created but shipment not actually sent .

They're drop shippers meaning they need time to contact and get replies from the actual sender.

hey man you will get your package. i been using napsgear for 20 years. never once have i heard of anyone not getting a delivery !

Sometimes shipping can be out of the source's control. Also, how do you know that it's coming from a specific place? A lot of times the shipping tracking doesn't necessarily mean it's coming from that location. It could be where the tracking was created.

I'm just going off what the tracking says. Ones from NYC and other Texas both saying that both areas awaiting shipping and list the town. The NYC jamacia one says that it's waiting from it from their shipping partners.

So you can see items are coming from 3 locations. Naps relies on its partners being on point.

Actually, it shows its coming from 2 different areas and both of them showing just label created USPS awaiting item. It has said this going for about a week and a half. I've written them directly with a help ticket which took several days for them just to say here's your tracking and items are on the way. Which I then explained again they're not appearing to have actually been dropped off. Which they're reply was what's your tracking number of the items in question, again several days later. Which confused me lol since it was provided to me from the same person in the email prior...that was a few days ago and I haven't received a response yet.

It's a domestic package shouldn't go thru customs at all. One is coming from their Texas distribution which they're isn't customs even there. Lol

okay then it will get to you quicker. the shutdown has slowed all aviation man. the post office has planes that are grounded. please exercise patience, we ALL are going through this under this government

One is domestic - showing expected delivery Monday, 17

Another is International - will be delivered in 3-4 weeks from the date of shipping.
