I placed an order for two items on their website and they sent me one empty box and the other package never even showed up. They tried saying it was USPS’s fault, USPS said that when they picked up the shipping boxes from DS that they were empty. I reached out to DS about the issue and they claimed USPS was lying.


After much back and forth, Domestic Supply agreed to reship my order. Fast forward to teo days ago, their reshipped package showed up sealed, but nothing inside, this time USPS placed labels on the back stated that they were empty when picked up. When I reached out to DS, they are claiming it USPS fault again. They are unwilling to make anything right, hoping Greg can help me out here.

Iv been on Testosterone so i will add that to the stack.

we reshipped to him twice - and he is stating we received twice empty boxes from 2 different warehouses ( so totally 4 packages).
we are sure in two things - 1. the postman is just stealing what is inside 2. the client just making this to receive for free gear.
we won't reship anymore to you.

I sent you pictures of the sealed, wrapped, unopened box lol (how am I or the postman stealing it)? Again, you guys are the issue and I will let Reddit and other forums know that you’re a trash company.

that seal can put any usps worker. it does't mean that they received it empty. you even don't know the rules

The address is on the box and the box unopened. No reason to keep going back and forth. Good luck keeping a good name.

My man. Why would domestic supply cheat anyone?
They been in business for years and your package isn’t worth enough to do that.
If your postman is stealing then you should order to a new address or new P.O. Box in another town. It’s possible and they know you won’t report it since it’s steroids
