Can a mod maybe approve this for a log? I'm a 45 y/o male, 5'9" 160 lbs and 10% bf. I'm hoping to gain 15 to 20 pounds of muscle this cycle and put me at a solid 180 10% bf post cycle. This will be my 2nd steroid cycle this year and it may be my fifth or sixth throughout my lifetime. I want to run this by the community before I start pinning huge amounts of steroids. I plan to titer up into this cycle and will not be going full blast right away because I'm concerned about potential anxiety issues with these compounds, particularly the EQ and deca. I know people recommend the shorter ester NPP and I might just order that and maybe do a mix of regular deca and the NPP once I figure out all my side effects.

I adapted this cycle from the US Pharmacies website, it's a modification of the "Prime Mass Stack" Here's a breakdown of the dosages, as I mentioned above I plan to titer up into this cycle and will not start out full blast. I will be pinning half these amounts at twice a week to keep hormone levels steady. This will be a 12 to 16 week cycle depending on how I'm feeling with the sides. I think I'll use the first 4 weeks to titer up and gauge my side effects. So, hopefully, by the end of week 4 I should be full blast.

Testosterone 400 mg/wk - I have a mix of different esters and I'll kick it off with the Sustanon 350 blend and move to E-400
Boldenone undecylenate 500 mg/wk
Nandrolone decanoate 300 mg/wk
Oxandrolone 50 mg/day for 6 to 8 weeks depending on liver enzymes and lipids
Arimidex 0.5 mg twice/wk or 0.5 mg eod all depending on where my e2 falls and how I respond to deca
Cabergoline 0.25 mg/wk depending on prolactin levels
hCG 500 iu eod to prevent testicular atrophy (if I have any gyno concerns I'll stop taking it)
Tamoxifen as needed if gyno symptoms occur
Maybe some Proviron 25 mg/day for libido, I heard it can help otherwise tadalafil/sildenafil blend
Losartan to manage BP, Lipitor to manage cholesterol
Liver support supplements: NAC, milk thistle and TUDCA
Creatine, HMB, beta alanine, multivitamin, omega-3, soluble fiber
My current BMR is calculated at 1800 kcal. My TDEE, according to my fitbit, runs between 3100-3500 calories. I feel like this might be an overestimate but I keep losing weight and haven't made any real gains post cycle. I'm shooting for at least 500 calories above my maintenance level. I plan to achieve this by consuming at least one 1500 calorie weight gainer shake, 3 to 4 small meals, and 2 to 3 protein shakes per day. I've used more than one macros calculator at moderate to full intensity energy expenditure and the results are basically the same so I'm wondering how accurate my fitbit is? I'm concerned I'm getting a caloric deficit and not a gain.

Here's a sample of my workout routine. I shoot for 12 reps per set but it could be as low as 10 sometimes.

Sorry for such a long post, just trying to be as detailed as possible with information. I'll micro dose all three injectables (EQ, deca and test) subcutaneously in different sites today just to see if my body doesn't like what's in them and forms a sterile abscess (it's happened to me once before). But once I've determined that my body won't react severely to them then I'll move to intramuscular twice weekly injections alternating 6 sites.
