first time I have ever flown on a plane
but I do get sea sick very easy and I do get sick on roller coasters or driving long distances
so I think I have motion sickness. What supplement can I take to help with this?
The old paper bag breathing technique helps. However, you could take 500mg of magnesium before your flight. You could also use Vit.B-6 (100mg) before your flight, then 100mg after about 2 hours. These work for me. Goodluck.
