Usually I do 1-2 warm up sets I don’t track and then 2 working heavy sets but today was fatigued from leg day yesterday so in that case I do 1 depending on how I feel on the first I’ll do the second or skip.
Fatigued today so will take a number of rest days after this mixes upper day

I am hoping to drop to single digit body fat within the next 2-3 months.
Is there any compounds I can use to help? I have been feeling a bit lethargic recently due to calorie deficit.
