Today I had to train AFTER work because I started work at 9:00a.m and the gym doesn't open till 8:00a.m on weekends 😑
I was planning on taking a break from doing legs for a couple weeks because of my knee but after consulting chat gpt it told me time off probably wouldn't help...

Im gonna keep today's log short and sweet not much commentary.. cept Im amazed at how much I LOVE the new morning gym sessions!!😍
It feels really good getting up and getting after it before work I feel accomplished and my energy is good all day 🙌

Thank you.. Yeah I think I got my calories and Macros pretty dialed for myself strength is increasing and bodyweight still going down I weighed in this morning at 206.6 which is a new low for me!!! Ill post update pics when I hit my second goal of 205lbs 💪
