have decided to swap up the workout routine to upper lower as I’m recovering so quickly I can train the same body parts after a days rest on it. I think I’ll get the most bang for buck out of this new routine.
Good pull day today decided to extend it out more today as I kinda got towards the end of my normal amount and felt still energised. I had a nasty pump and I wasn’t able to get a pic as I was home. Definitely will be trying to extend everything else a bit longer especially while I’m off work...

Hey bro thank you. Yeah I’ve looked into PCT when it’s time to come off. My old gym mate has been doing this stuff for years and has gotten me up to scratch with that stuff.
Will definitely be doing a test that @Trixtr751 has put up there when I’m off work which is Wednesday so hopefully have it all done by Thursday for the next week

Yeah it’s further up the blog. It’s not all in one page each function it tests for is a different page so it’s a pain in the ass to read. I’ll probably do another test with the hormonal tests showing e2 ect
