Hey! Despite it being 90+ degrees today the workout didn’t feel too awful. I rolled out my legs before the workout and I didn’t cramp today 😮💨. Workout was with a partner and honestly wasn’t bad at all:
Finish time was 25:32, not too bad! Hopefully I can stay cramp free from now on!

Well guys the heat is starting to really act up. 90s all week and man it shows ughhh. I went in early and worked on my muscle up skills and double under skills for about 1.5hrs. Then went into the workout and it was rough.
Coach wanted me to keep the rx weight for the overhead squats but...

Good workout today! Went in early and practiced my hand stand walks then I went into:
3x10 strict dips
3x12 barbell evil wheel
After that I hit the workout:
I did the rx weight for the push press and for the double unders I practiced. I finished one round plus 227. Almost got one full set...
