    Definitely dont got nothing against planet fitness, decent gym. But definitely lacking a bit on certain muscle group machines especially free weight ones. Thats the reason im looking to add a new gym with a variation of equipment

    Been running a semi keto diet for about a month averaging low 30-50g of carbs a day.. and i can say personally feeling drained even tho keeping my fat and protein in good range. Keto definitely not for everyone
