@Maxrep keep going but you need to get the protein up to at least 150 grams i know eggs tuna but add a protein bar or shake if you can
 
Guys got you covered on the deload, you got to try and start hitting a minimum of 200g of protein a day so you recover, otherwise you will feel it and by the time u feel it, it will be hard to reverse the engery loss and keep output high on workouts.

meal4: Broccoli Cheddar soup 8oz
plus protein shake

Slim day on the meals.

Was unscheduled rest day, gym got closed early due to some leaks. Took a rest day since running a small cold at the moment.
 
A deload week is a great way to let the body rest without taking actual time off the gym. This can be a good thing on the mental side for many as well.
 
Balancing diet and lifting feels challenging but rewarding. I got a new update for last few days coming soon, but i was going to ask u bros... I been keeping my carbs super low... Ive been feeling low energy and my muscles fatigue quickly compared to even before. Am i cutting out to much of carbs? if i want muscle size increase ive read that carbs are actually helpful?

@Maxrep waiting on your updates bro but i see your question and carbs are hard to say

low energy is because low carbs but if you want to lean out you need less carbs
trick is to lean first and recomp after
so after you lean out more we can up your carbs and protein to get some mass on you
