I scaled today because I can’t do full range of motion hand stand push ups. For the first 2 rounds of the workout I had 2 ab mats stacked up under my head and then the last 3 rounds I completed I just had one under my head. Improving every day!

Slept better. Weather still dry (gonna be crazy storms when it breaks) but cooling slowly. Mostly recovered

Was NOT my usual bar. Longer = heavier
w/up x 12, 60kg x 8, 90kg x 8 and 122.5kg/269.5lbs x 4 (felt like 125kg)
Tricep Pressdowns
Usual pain after. SOB level
