Honestly I have been on TRT for health, non-gym related reasons for a while so I just figured go back to where I plan on cruising for the rest of my life.
Agreed and one thing I have learned reading logs is always let blood dictate what you do. The can have a great plan but always adjust when bloodwork says so!
Also should add im still on a cut. My plan is to run this for 12 weeks, take 4-8 weeks at trt level, get blood with my doctor and then start a second longer cycle while on a bulk.
So I decided that pending blood with my doctor next week, I’m going to start a 12ish week cycle of higher test and some EQ.
Going to start with 350 test and 210 eq per week split into daily pins.
With my e2 being at 68 already (180 test per week) I’m thinking I’ll start with 0.5mf arimidex 2x...
thanks. Can I mixed cyp and e? I would use cyp at my prescribed dosage and then E to bump up to 350/400. Or will it not really make a difference in how quickly I get back to baseline trt levels after?
Thanks. That actually brings up a good question. I’ll need to have my blood back at trt levels when I do bloodwork for my doc. How long do I need to be back at trt dose for that? 4-6 weeks?
Im only going to run test only for 8ish weeks for this first cycle. Going to assess my blood and then plan a real, longer push with either eq or npp after.
