I think I crashed my e2 with the ai mixed with an overtaxing my shoulders front delts. A bit of rest, restoring my e2 and the magic of bpc/tb have me feeling better.
@obsessiveindecisive That is really good that the pain is almost gone. Now let's make sure that it doesn't rear its ugly head again and become chronic. Make sure you really work in the mobility. That's a big problem with weightlifters: lack of mobility and lack of flexibility.
Agreed. I never did any mobility or warm up before lifting (other than warm up sets) and now do 5-10 mins of proper shoulder back and chest stretch/warm up before all upper days.
