Went and spoke with a dietitian today ( sports ) as part of my diabetic requirements etc
very happy with the results has given me some more diabetic friendly meals to keep calories down even more as some of my meals were nudging 6-700 kals per and been skipping far to many meals
here...

Life has gotten a little hecktic being my wedding is in 30 days so it's every spare moment being spent doing wedding clean up and other shit
Managed to keep very consistent with gym however i did let food slip but back on track now
pulled bloods and had some real telling results come...
i do try and make it as CLEAN as i can, however sort of just depends what i can get my hands on, i also cook for 2 others 1 autistic and 1 other who just never knows what they want so days come and go but i generally stay on track

Sure can, i was doing meal prep most weeks leading up until now, however i had been doing nutrition all wrong..
i was doing raw weights as cooked etc so for me thinking im having under 2000 cals.. i would of been WAY closer to 2600 cals if not more and i wasn't calculating extras ( 30mls of oil...
New update:
Weight is slowly coming off, stall has ended, gyms going well food is still a pain but getting there.
only so much chicken and rice with no flavor one can take.
Looking to add 150mg weekly TRT coming up shortly

Gyms going well, no real issues, food nutrition has still been a consistent issue but im working on putting things into place to curb it
However after the knee issues, i now have a constant click / tweek feeling when doing leg press above 160kgs so don't think it's fully...
Ordered some Slu to try and assist with fat loss and fatigue along with some cardio assistance
Ordered and dropped quick AF even with the holidays, so shout out to you my man appreciate everything!
Update:
Knee is solid as doing well bpc has sped some healing up for sure, how much not fully sure but slowly increasing the weight and not feeling the tightness in it anymore
Been steadily going to the gym every single day, have continued to add 15-20 min cardio to the end of every workout...

Back to training, adding in more cardio AFTER the weights to try and break this stall im having foods almost on point which is nice
