I quit smoking Quit drinking Quit most junk food I'm pretty out of shape, it's been a long time since I was lean I would estimate I'm around 20 to 25% body fat. I definitely have a stomach and a gut I'm looking to do self testosterone replacement therapy and maybe some human growth hormone too...
