Making a change in my 50’s with test and lifestyle changes

I quit smoking
Quit drinking
Quit most junk food
I'm pretty out of shape, it's been a long time since I was lean
I would estimate I'm around 20 to 25% body fat. I definitely have a stomach and a gut
I'm looking to do self testosterone replacement therapy and maybe some human growth hormone too
what a dosage of 200 mg a week of test and 2iu’s hgh do me any good?
And how long should i run that?
 
200mgs a week is not trt man. i've argued this for years with people on forums. the idea behind trt is to replace what your body would naturally produce in a normal situation

that is closer to 100mgs then 200. also with hgh same thing. 1iu is closer than 2 ius

I agree with you I remember in my late 20s had my testosterone checked and it was 740 . Fast foward into my 30s first protocol a clinic put me on was 200mg test a week. I got the lab report and my total test was 1400 I've never had anything close to that level.
 
You dont just get on trt without having a medical reason/need for it man.. how about this.. i know this is becoming more and more unpopular in the world and everyone wants something or someone to do all the work for them , but how about you actually take control, put in some effort and discipline and work your ass off to get in better shape... how about that??

If you ant to get on self TRT 200mgs testosterone/week is a good start with 2 IUs of hgh and n2guard
 
whether you do trt or not, that doesn't change you need to improve lifestyle

i got guys my age that train at my gym on trt who eat fast food everyday
 
It would be good to start with blood work and get all your levels checked before anything.

First things first, get a diet and lifestyle dialed in to something you an commit to.

TRT is lifelong and 200mg is likely not sustainable long term.
