Quick update, all things going well.
Food tracking well on 2650 cals from Coach - these will be dropped however for upcoming surgery that’ll put me out for 6 weeks.

Yeh the meal definitely could have been worse haha. The steak was incredible to.
Nah it hasn’t hurt so far. I am noticing it more though if I sit down for to long, will be glad when it’s all over and fixed that’s for sure.
Yeh HGH wouldn’t go astray either
Yeh I’m keen for it to be over haha - just a bit annoyed with the dent it’ll put in training, but it’s out of my hands.
They told me 1 week no driving and 4 weeks of light duties at work no more weight to be lifted that 5kgs
And yeh hopefully the BPC/TB will also help

Bit of a cruisier weekend for me, had the old Lady’s 60th Saturday night, treated myself to a delicious 350g Angus porterhouse steak, the rest of Mums bolognaise and 2 slices of the daughters pizza 😅
Still got in a leg workout Saturday though
