    Just a quick update today. Been taking the wife to gym which has been great, felt good to get back in that environment and show her the ropes. Will be fun to train with her and see her improve herself over time to. As for me - 1 week to go and I can get stuck back in myself, also 1 week to go...

    Yeh best of luck with the recovery bro, the 1st week was probably the worst…gets easier afterwards. The bands are handy af I think, they’ll even come in handy for travel to, when there’s no gym access, won’t take up much room in the bag either. One week to go and I can get back in the gym 💪🏻

    Usually for work the alarm goes off at 4.45am to 5.15am depending on the location of the job I’m on, sometimes earlier and sometimes later. Also depends what time we start. We can start at 6am if the job is open, if a job opens at 6 I’ll start at 6 then I can knock off at 2pm which is awesome

    Pretty much for time being. There is also 3.3iu GH in the mix A peptide called LL37 aswell and BPC 157. I was on EQ prior to surgery but had to drop it as requested by the surgeon

    So I had to drop EQ for the surgery, so I’ll leave it out for now. Plan is to run Test solo and see what my E2 does. Currently on 250 test a week, plan to pull bloods in a couple weeks, see what E2 is doing on that dose. Hopefully not aromatise heaps haha, then try 350mg a week pull bloods...

    Quick update today: Still not a lot going on on my end, daily activity getting better each day. I’m limited to lifting 5kg of weight atm, so I’m using resistance bands atm just to keep the muscle moving and eliminate any muscle wastage. $27 from Kmart for 3 different levels of resistance...
