shoulders and arms done this morning felt good to finally move some weight and do so arms again. Minimal pain, have more pain from training chest a couple days ago 😂
Just finished my first 2 week swing back at work, hands didn’t restrict me too much from any task only thing I got was some aching at the end of the day or during high use activity.
Aiming to train more upper over the next week to see how things

Hands are feeling good 7 weeks post op righ and 5 left getting strength back in them more and more everyday. Going to aim to do some light upper in the morning can’t wait for it 💪🏻

Another solid session this morning smashing quads and calves consisting of leg extension, single leg press, goblet squats and calf raises seated and standing
Wrists/hands holding up well getting better with work each day
Fasted weight: 80 flat
Back at work doing 12 hour shifts on the tools hands are causing little grief unless pushing directly on the palms with wrists bent.
I think using them getting some strength back in them is helping with recovery
