Just finished my first 2 week swing back at work, hands didn’t restrict me too much from any task only thing I got was some aching at the end of the day or during high use activity.

shoulders and arms done this morning felt good to finally move some weight and do so arms again. Minimal pain, have more pain from training chest a couple days ago
