My gym has these IR booths that you can adjust the settings for several different uses but I've never tried them. Always short on time and didn't know if they worked or not

Finally got a workout in!
Back was finally feeling ok enough and went and got a quik chest session in. Didn't go too crazy, feeling good.

So I never did do the Tren completely just dropped dosage down to 50mg every 3.5 days, no issues and went up on test. Feeling great other than the back issues.

Know this isn't much of an update sorry. Now that I'm back in the gym they will be more detailed. Hope u all had a great weekend

Man in all honesty, ever since I cut the dose in half I have had ZERO issues. Wife is back in love with me again, anger is gone, no problems at all and it's been a few weeks now.

Definitely bro and I appreciate the hell out of it. Honestly when I first came on here I'd never been on anything similar before and I didn't really see it as anything other than another source of info but man I can't express how much more than that it has turned out to be.. man I'd be so freaking irritated with yall pressing me for my log All this stuff was still brand new to me and I didn't understand the value in it I would just do it so I could keep asking all my damn questions

I get it now though and I'm constantly trying to get my boys on here.
