Approved Log Bercos 12 Week Cycle Testosterone, Trenbolone, Anavar - Hybrid Athlete Cycle Log

Hey bros. Starting a log to detail a journey back into gym and the goal of maintaining my cardio in triathlon events. This is my 4th cycle. Previous cycles were:
  1. Sust 250 (12 weeks) and dbol (4 weeks)
  2. Test p (100mg eod) and tren ace
  3. Test c, anavar and mast e
I’ll be doing a mixture of gym in the mornings following Jim Stoppani’s Project X workout and cardio in the evenings in the form of running, swimming or cycling Monday to Saturday with a rest day on Sunday. The gym is a body part split and info can be found here: https://www.jimstoppani.com/training/project-x-12-week-training-program/

Bit of a different training style, going for a hybrid athlete approach. In June 2024, I completed a half Ironman and my training up until then resulted in a significant reduction in strength and size and due to a poor diet, an increase in body fat. Currently sitting at 85kgs.

The goal in this cycle is to recomposition in the form of gaining lean muscle and reducing body fat. Also looking to break my PB on my deadlift which is currently 200kgs at 80kgs body weight.

Currently running Silverback Lab’s test e at 500mg a week, tren e at 250mg and anavar starting at 50mg a day and increasing up to 80-100.

Calories are at 2200 consisting of clean meals, being:

P: 250
C: 189
F: 48

Calories will increase based on results and cardio.

Starting with the first pin on Wednesday, 17 July 2024.

you sound like a machine
that's not an easy type of training that you're doing
 
I'm glad that you are putting this up
we haven't had a triathlete put one up in a while
 
you'll get great results on this
we will definitely help guide you
 
I'm sure that your cardio will take a beating on this stack
but it will be interesting to hear from you
 
you'll definitely improve your strength on this cycle
but don't expect your cardio to improve that's for sure
 
a half Iron Man has no joke
I had an ex-boyfriend do it before it takes a lot of commitment
 
you sound like a well-seasoned athlete

A current day of nutrition looks like:

Preworkout before strength training in the AM (around 5am).

Breakfast
50ml of Modex in the morning for joints
Oxyshred
45g of oats with 20g protein, 60g of strawberries and 20g of protein crisps
English muffin and 10g of butter & jam
Vitamin C by Pillar

Lunch
Dr Hydrate electrolyte drink
300g of chicken & veges
Apple
Banana
Emrald Labs greens
x50 Tea & creatine

A form of cardio i.e. running, swimming or a bike ride.

Dinner
300g of steak with a large salad
Protein smoothie with 140g of banana or mango and 50g of protein with 200ml of coconut milk
Moon Mylk by Naked Harvest (magnesium dirnk)

Vitamins
Calcium
ZMAs
Considering adding the Chicken Feed supplement produced by Coach Chicken.

Will post body pictures and workouts in separate posts.
