50 g Protein shake with honey and oats
Protein shake with walnuts
Lunch- egg, bacon, and cheese sandwich
(yes I know it looks like a waffle, but it’s eggs inside of a waffle maker)
Dinner- steak and sweet potatoes
Fruit- fresh mango (1 cup) and banana (1/2 ) smoothie with honey , yogurt and protein powder
Snack- protein muffin, pistachios, omega-3 mix, protein cookie, protein yogurt
