Yikes! - injecting fatty 6 acids and how they cause inflammation

So I was doing my research on oils that we consume to gain more insight on how I want to do my diet. While researching this i came across something interesting that I wanted to bring up. So as I was reading about omega 3 fat acids and how they are great for you and how they reduce inflammation. I also ran into this same article about fatty 6 acids and how they cause inflammation. Well as I looked at examples I noticed some of these bad oils and recognized a couple. Most gear is made with grapeseed oil as well as cottonseed oil. Both which contribute towards inflammation because they are fatty 6 acids. So why is it that we inject with something that increases the likely hood of PIP? And if I were to consume more omega fatty 3 acids will it fight the PIP? Because even prescription Test is made with this stuff so then why do they use it? Save money but at the cost of people discomfort? @Mobster @SteveSmi BTW the podcast made me look into this lmao you only have yourself to blame

IMO PIP is inevitable and affects everyone differently. To me, most injectables are uncomfortable. I shoot 2ml once a week and I’m sore in that area for like 4 days. I’m sure the guys can give you better answers.
So how the heck are you able to inject more often because I'm sore from my glute injection and I'm hoping it will eventually get better the more i do it but definitely sucks. Luckily it doesn't prevent me from working out even working out. But I swear someone slaps my ass I'm going to fly 10ft and get mad real fast

That reminds me of Tom and Jerry lol! This is how I do it, I go top of the hip, top of the hip alternate side, then I’ll find a spot 1 and a half inches down and away from last inject on the original side, same thing on the alternate. Once you do one rotation of that, top hip orignal side should be ok to go another round. Once you done that a few times maybe try the same process with the top of the shoulder.

in your daily diet you should avoid inflammatory oils. this is why you avoid restaurant/fast food

you can control what you can control

as far as injecting steroids, that is the least of your worries with the oils lol. these are powerful hormones and they aren't exactly good for us which is why you should use them smart.. AAS will thicken your blood and cause blood clots, stroke and other heart issues along with trashing your kidneys and liver too

That's a great idea!

@starboy agreed, it’s more of a mental thing. I Like that your seeking out information biggz, that’s the most important thing Im taking away from this post.
I'm always looking to learn new things in order to help me later. I may stumble across something and because of my knowledge may know how it works or know how to take advantage of something good.

There's a minimal amount of oil that you're injecting, let's say you inject once a week or twice a week, you're talking about like a teaspoon of oil
