chemyo mk677 and lgd is causing issues

I’m getting some weird side effects on chemyo products
been on their mk677 and lgd for the past 5 weeks.
Getting weird Vision side effects and I’m also having issues with my bowel movements
lots of constipation and I’m also getting some issues with diarrhea especially after I take their products
any ideas of this is normal otherwise I would say these products are crap
