If you are really 12% body fat than you are already in pretty good shape and should have at min all abs showing. So what you’re talking about then is either cutting down to sub 10% body fat which just requires a little cut for you or you’re talking about adding muscle which you aren’t going to add much in a 4 week cycle. I would op for a 4 week cut using Test P 200mg/wk and Mast P at 200mg/mk and maybe an oral of winstrol or anavar at 25mg twice a day. Not sure how much Sarms will help in 4 weeks.
