napsgear is terrific. they will figure this one out. i think its an example of lost package/seized packages. its the risk of ordering internationalIt is terrific to hear all of these positive comments about them. As I stated in my original post, I had several very successful experiences with them before this. They were ignoring my requests. I understand you want to defend them, but they were ignoring me. Let's call it what it is. I am encouraged by this community saying that Napsgear will get this sorted out.
Napsgear is top notch and a very credible source plenty guys on here utilize Napsgear and love them, especially Genza pharma very popular brand.Because of everyone's positive comments, I just placed a new small order with napsgear. I 100% made sure it was US Domestic. I also learned from reading on this forum about domestic-supply.com and placed a small order with them also.

I wasn’t in a rush. I ordered this almost 3 months ago, don’t have the order, and I still have product left over from the order I placed in 2024. This is not about getting things in a rush. I’ve stated that about 5 times now.If you are in a rush in the future, don't do International.

also back in the old days we would order international all the time and half the time we would get nothing and we were out of luck. sources had no reship policies. napsgear takes care of their customers. worst case ask them for a credit and use that credit to order domestic
sorry I am very old school and come off as brash sometimes. i once made my daughter and her husband run out of my house screaming over a misunderstanding too over something i said on thanksgiving over a football game. he turned the channel to the parade during the game and i called him a bitch. i wasn't trying to be nasty but they took it that way. i just wanted to watch the game !What part of my response to you made you think that I needed to be told to chillax? After two months I asked for a refund and they ignored me. Didn’t even address my request.

I actually have tracking information from napsgear that works now. First time in 3 months. That’s progress!
My stuff came in yesterday, 77 days later. I do find it interesting that things only started happening AFTER I made a post here. Maybe that was just a coincidence.
