It is terrific to hear all of these positive comments about them. As I stated in my original post, I had several very successful experiences with them before this. They were ignoring my requests. I understand you want to defend them, but they were ignoring me. Let's call it what it is. I am encouraged by this community saying that Napsgear will get this sorted out.
Because of everyone's positive comments, I just placed a new small order with napsgear. I 100% made sure it was US Domestic. I also learned from reading on this forum about domestic-supply.com and placed a small order with them also.
Napsgear is top notch and a very credible source plenty guys on here utilize Napsgear and love them, especially Genza pharma very popular brand.
As far as domestic supply goes, fantastic source and greg is the man! I typically order domestic all the time and 2-7 days maximum is the typical wait time for the package to reach me, ive ordered domestic a few times and never had any issues.

I wasn’t in a rush. I ordered this almost 3 months ago, don’t have the order, and I still have product left over from the order I placed in 2024. This is not about getting things in a rush. I’ve stated that about 5 times now.

okay man. chillax. i'm just saying with international a lot of things can happen. things are very fked up right now with the tariffs.
also back in the old days we would order international all the time and half the time we would get nothing and we were out of luck. sources had no reship policies. napsgear takes care of their customers. worst case ask them for a credit and use that credit to order domestic

What part of my response to you made you think that I needed to be told to chillax? You made assumptions without reading my previous posts that would have answered your assumptions.
After two months I asked for a refund and they ignored me. Didn’t even address my request.
