Why I use this stack:
This combo has kept my ALT, AST, HDL, and overall liver profile in perfect shape through cycles, TRT, and peptides. TUDCA + NAC + Milk Thistle form the core of liver protection — they help prevent bile buildup, oxidative damage, and enzyme elevation from oral compounds. ALA and Taurine round that out with antioxidant and bile-flow support.
For lipids, the real workhorses are Niacin, Citrus Bergamot, and high-dose Omega-3s — they push HDL back up (mine rebounded from 32 to 80+) and stabilize LDL and ApoB. CoQ10 + PQQ keeps mitochondrial function high and offsets niacin fatigue, while Turmeric and Resveratrol add anti-inflammatory and endothelial protection.
Everything is spaced so the fat-soluble compounds (Omega-3, Curcumin) are taken with meals, and the others (TUDCA, NAC, Bergamot, etc.) hit pre-workout or midday when liver activity is elevated.
