help with liver values

I need your advice when it comes to liver values. I did a couple cycles and my Right now my liver numbers are extremely off. I would like to get my liver back to where it was before cycle. Any recommendations for supplements that can help with this or am I just screwed?
 
make sure you get n2bm products from ebay or n2bm. they have n2guard, hcgenerate, and more. You definitely will need them.
 
N2guard is simply the best. They have at least 6 or 7 liver supplements in the formula. Definitely use them.

My Liver & Lipid Support Stack (Cycle / TRT Safe Routine)


TUDCA
– 500 mg pre-workout (empty stomach)
N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine (NAC Sustain) – 600 mg pre-workout + 600 mg at lunch (1,200 mg total daily)
Milk Thistle (Silymarin) – 300 mg pre-workout + 300 mg at lunch (600 mg total daily)
Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) – 600 mg with breakfast
Citrus Bergamot – 600 mg pre-workout + 600 mg at lunch (1,200 mg total daily)
Niacin (Nicotinic Acid – flush form) – 500 mg breakfast + 500 mg lunch + 500 mg evening (1,500 mg total daily)
Ultimate Omega 2X (EPA + DHA) – 2,150 mg morning + 2,150 mg at lunch (~4.3 g total daily)
CoQ10 + PQQ – 400 mg / 20 mg pre-workout
Turmeric Curcumin + Black Pepper – 1,500 mg with breakfast
Resveratrol – 666 mcg pre-workout
Taurine – 2–3 g with lunch




Why I use this stack:
This combo has kept my ALT, AST, HDL, and overall liver profile in perfect shape through cycles, TRT, and peptides. TUDCA + NAC + Milk Thistle form the core of liver protection — they help prevent bile buildup, oxidative damage, and enzyme elevation from oral compounds. ALA and Taurine round that out with antioxidant and bile-flow support.


For lipids, the real workhorses are Niacin, Citrus Bergamot, and high-dose Omega-3s — they push HDL back up (mine rebounded from 32 to 80+) and stabilize LDL and ApoB. CoQ10 + PQQ keeps mitochondrial function high and offsets niacin fatigue, while Turmeric and Resveratrol add anti-inflammatory and endothelial protection.


Everything is spaced so the fat-soluble compounds (Omega-3, Curcumin) are taken with meals, and the others (TUDCA, NAC, Bergamot, etc.) hit pre-workout or midday when liver activity is elevated.


I’ve tested this combo through multiple lab cycles — it’s the cleanest, most reliable way I’ve found to protect your liver, enzymes, HDL, and cardiovascular markers while running TRT or orals.
