Sleep was fucking magical last night, I woke up feeling amazing thanks to @Raptor Labs sleep supps. Workout was really good aswell and I felt quite strong
Last night I was in bed by 10pm trying to sleep but was tossing and turning till around 4am when I started to feel tired, I decided to not sleep and wait until a reasonable time today to sleep, I feel very very tired today but my motivation for the gym is back and when I was training I was able to push and completed the whole workout. I’ve tried absolutely everything and been prescribed everything from melatonin to low dose anti psychotics and nothing has helped me like your sleep supps has, all the strong stuff I was prescribed made me feel extremely fucked the following day aswell so your stuff is life changing
I’ve had a couple days off from training as I decided to take the easy way out and be a lazy fat cunt, I’ve woken up from being a bitch and am getting back into training. Sleep has been really really fucking good thanks for @Raptor Labs and training today was bloody amazing as I felt really strong throughout most of the workout however started getting fatigued quicker then usual. I’ve run out of mast tren gh and reta but @Wolfenstein has sent me some more gh and reta.
Ahhh fuck lunges suck haha, I used to do them a lot and can confidently say they are my least favourite exercise but they work so good. I will ask my coach to add them in. Thank you brother

Didn’t get any sleep last night as my dad has just got back and he’s still being a… anyways I feel good I’m motivated again I’m full of energy and I feel strong. Currently in sauna at 82 Celsius will be in here for total of 20-40 mins
