I found a cheap lab ordering service online, Ulta, and it's cheaper than ordering through Quest directly. I wish I had done this before administering 50 mg last Thursday but on the positive side when the total testosterone comes back it will be further confirmation that the test is in fact real. I'm doing everything off the books right now and I don't want my doctor or insurance knowing what I'm doing so I'm paying out of pocket just for labs here on out. I got my total testosterone taken early last week and it was like 360 ng/dL. So, my endogenous testosterone production was on the up from my exercising and fat loss. I anticipate my total testosterone to come back, given one half-life of enanthate, around 500 ng/dL.
I have gynecomastia concerns given that I am predisposed (puberty) and I don't want to go through the knife again. I will be monitoring my estradiol regularly on my cycle and administering an AI when appropriate. I won't be using any compounds that have progesterone related gynecomastia pathways unless there's an inhibitor for that. I'm going to cruise for awhile at 100 mg of test for a few weeks (2-3) to build up my recovery time and really polish up my workout routine. I'm really starting to get into a good Push-Pull-Legs workout routine. I hope to be able to build up to an Upper-Lower split at some point but until my recovery/energy/endurance increases I'm sticking with PPL. Again, my main focus is on compound exercises so if all I can do on a leg day is like 5 sets of squats at 10-14 reps and 5 sets off leg press at the same I'll call that day a win.
I don't know enough about to Steve to know of any controversy but this was the very first video I watched of his and I think it's solid advice, 250 mg of test for 4 weeks and see how my body responds and then when can add the turinabol on top. I wish I had bought some anavar but here we are, turinabol will do and maybe I can increase my endurance better with tbol?
So, as above, I'm cruising on 100 mg per week for a few more weeks working on my workout routine. Yesterday was a solid leg day for me, the bare minimum I need to be doing every leg day. I did 5 sets of squats at 8-12 reps. I was aiming for more like you told me but I'm still figuring out the amount of weight I can handle. I then did 5 sets of leg press at the same. As my recovery time increases I'll be able to add in more exercises like leg extensions and curls but for now this is the bare minimum.
