hi my name is chris. Looking for a lot of guidance here.

6 foot 3 inches tall, 344 pounds and 31.8% body fat.

I’ve played sports all my life, I’m not looking to drop below 12-15% body fat right now, but maybe that will change with my progress. I did a cycle of tren in college, but that is pretty much it.

My goal is just to get a lot of this fat off of my body so that my lower back can feel better and I can feel better.

I’d love to be comfortable enough to post pictures here, but I am not yet.

Diet

Roughest part of the process because life got busy, but that’s no excuse. Started back meal prepping this week. Any recs here please let me know.

2 eggs and 3/4 cup of egg whites with 1/2 cup mushrooms. 2 corn tortillas

90 grams of rice, 5 oz ground turkey, and 90 grams of broccoli twice a day

6 oz salmon, 90 grams of green beans

2 protein shakes mixed with water/oat milk

1 cheat meal a week, normally on Saturday or Sunday.

Training

I like to be in the gym 6 days a week. What direction should I go in with weights? High reps/low weight? Low reps/high weight?

I do this in the morning after or before my cardio? What’s best?

Cardio (fasted)

4 days a week 3.2 mph @ 4-8% incline for 30 mins

2 days a week 2 min jog/run and 1 min walk for 30 mins

Sleep

6-8 hours a night.

Supplements

Pre work out, cell mass after workout.

Haven’t started any SARMS or Steroids. Up for recommendations on what and when.
 
not a bad diet at all. however there are some tweaks you can do.

take out the processed junk entirely, that is so important. oat milk, protein powder, tortillas, salmon (in almost all cases) are man made foods. in salmon's case farm raised, and the other stuff is made in a factory/lab. it isn't real food.
also preworkouts and cell mass. those are very inferior supplements. makes more sense to go with n2generate pre workout and n2guard overall

also why no fruits? fruit is what humans evolved eating. they are full of vitamins, minerals, electrolytes, water, fiber and are very easy to digest. simply adding some pineapple or papaya to a meal will help you digest your food so much better in its own right. even though some very ignorant people will say fruit is bad for you they would be very wrong. fruit is literally the healthiest thing you can put into your body because it is fiber and water rich

reference for others reading

Diet, start by cutting back carbs big time.
Tortillas in the morning cut
rice remove and replace with veggies
up the protein
add omega3 fish oil daily
stop cheat meals you're 30%bodyfat you dont need cheat meals
so we need to see a redone diet and log daily what you eat and what time

Training we need to see what you're doing now? are you doing anything?
if not start high rep low weight volume is key
cardio 1 hour fasted in AM is best

supplements
start using hcgenerate 5 caps/day to boost your testosterone and 1 cap n2slin x with meals to get carbs lower
besides that you dont need anything for now

we need to see you updating this log regularly. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
 
The previous two comments got you dialed in to start on the right foot. You can adjust down road if needed.

Have you had any blood work done last 6 months? Good to have a baseline.
 
diet needs to go low carbs high protein and medium fat
and training start training and logging it
 
g2g start to a log
diet drop carbs way more add fish oil and more protein
and training we need to see what are you training like now? if not go high volume
 
go with 16 hours fasting 8 hour eating window
drop the carbs to under 50 grams
get protein up to 200grams
am fasted cardio
training should be high volume
