Little sunday update:
Gyms going well, no real issues, food nutrition has still been a consistent issue but im working on putting things into place to curb it
However after the knee issues, i now have a constant click / tweek feeling when doing leg press above 160kgs so don't think it's fully back to normal so have decided to lower the weight back down to where it stops and just run a few more weeks at that weight.
Current stack update:
Reta - 5mg ( convivence i have 15 vials )
Slu - 10mg daily 5mg tabs x2 ( will increase to 40mg total dose soon )
TRT in the coming weeks perhaps, looking at doing 150 a week to start off. ( possibly not unsure yet )
