Sure can, i was doing meal prep most weeks leading up until now, however i had been doing nutrition all wrong..
i was doing raw weights as cooked etc so for me thinking im having under 2000 cals.. i would of been WAY closer to 2600 cals if not more and i wasn't calculating extras ( 30mls of oil etc )
So tonight i have started a new - no more cooking a heap of meals just enough for 1-2 days at max
so tonight im doing
1kg lean beef mince
600g mix veg ( broccoli / cauliflower / carrot / beans
125g single serve jasmin rice
or split up should be below give or take a few. this meal i will have TWICE a day, and breckfast is usually 2 large eggs, 1 sourdough english muffin
