Thank you this is first time in my life I look like I work out lol I worked out my whole life and didn’t get any levothyroxine got on trt and join this forum and man finally seen the results I always wanted you can look at my other logs and see the. before and after pics

DHB 150
Hgh 4iu daily
Reta 6 mg

Work outs: 3 on 1 off 3 on
Day 1 back and chest
Day 2 legs
Day 3 bis/tris/shoulders

Cardio: 530am
Monday: sprints 15 rounds 20sec work 40sec rest
Wednesday:30 min jog
Friday 30 min jog
Sunday 20 min jog

I don’t know if it’s in my head but I feel more of a pump always like it’s hard to explain I feel my muscle just being there almost like a permanent pump … my strength has went up in all exercise I haven’t done a strength test yet on main lifts but will soon … but all my work outs I have added more weight to if it’s on a cable I have got a new hole lol if it’s on a hack squat machine added another 45 to each side

I don’t know if it’s in my head but I feel more of a pump always like it’s hard to explain I feel my muscle just being there almost like a permanent pump … my strength has went up in all exercise I haven’t done a strength test yet on main lifts but will soon … but all my work outs I have added more weight to if it’s on a cable I have got a new hole lol if it’s on a hack squat machine added another 45 to each side
you look like you have big pumps brother have you thought of adding more protein going to 400? you look like you can handle well

I've read some peoples logs responding really good with DHB added in. I just haven't ever tried it yet.
