I can try 400 all I know is when I get up in 3500 calories I seem to put on fat but if I go slower I might be able to not put on fat I will try to add 25 grams of protein every 2 weeks see how I respond I never went that high in protein and the fat I gain I did add more carbs I was at 300 so it could have been that and not the calories it selfyou look like you have big pumps brother have you thought of adding more protein going to 400? you look like you can handle well
