Scammed on ugfreak by Dragon Pharma

So I’ve bought on ugfreak and through dragon pharma before and decided to buy Reta. My buddy wanted some so a few days later I made the same exact order. Both orders came in the other day except one package was way bigger than the other… one actually contained a vial of Reta and the others… dog vitamins. And yeah, I’ve opened them up to see if they hid it in there… no luck

UGFreak ended up responding and apologizing for the issue… deeming it a distribution error. They’re sending out the correct order. Haven’t dealt with their customer support before but so far it’s looking good! I jumped the gun a bit too early

Thanks for the update and yes, always let the process play out bc these sources are A+ and take care of everyone and when situations arise. Thanks for the update and definitely a weird circumstance for sure!

why dont you finish with UGFreak or you're not happy with the gear? I think @ugfreak is legit trusted brother you just had a misunderstanding with him

Ugfreak didn't screw up the order. the middle man did. it happens people make mistakes and orders might get mixed up, again its NOT ugfreak at fault here.. its like ordering something on ebay and there being a mixup and them blaming ebay for it... .

i know this is an older thread but glad it was resolved and i just wanted to make sure everyone understands what happened and how we took care of it immediately
