End of week update!
Bought myself a small walking pad so I can get more steps in, up to 8-10k a day now which is where
@LVTN is wanting me.
Good sessions in the gym throughout the week, weight and reps increasing from the previous week & intensity is increasing
We have dropped the calories too:
TD - 2200 (250p, 40f, 200c)
RD - 1800 (250p, 40f, 180c)
Removed pink salt completely for the moment, keeping 2g heart salt per meal (x4 a day)
Adjusted timing of carbs around training too

Test E - 125mg - split EOD
