Hey all,

New to Abx and logging, using this alongside being coached to keep accountable and gain some knowledge on the way 😀

Have dropped from 130+ down to my current weight of 110kg, I am wanting to continue to get lean & then grow

Stats:
Age: 33
Height: 188cm
Weight: 110.7kg
BP approx: 110/67 - pulse: 70s

AAS/PEPS :
Test E - 125mg - split EOD
Reta 1mg - EOD
GHK-cu - 3mg - ED @ night
Selank/Semax when needed

Have used Epitalon, CJ-1295 no DAC, Ipamorelin, SS31, Mots-C, BPC-157, TB, Glow, Klow, NAD+ in the past.

DAILY SUPPLEMENTS:
7g Fish Oil
1000mg NAC
300mg CoQ10
25mg Zinc
1200mg Circumin
1000mg Vitamin C
5000iu Vitamin D
1000mg Vitamin K
10mg Cialis
1 scoop Ghost Hydration
5g Creatine
10g Metamucil
4g L-Taurine
400mg Elemental Magnesium Glycinate

TRAINING:
5 Days - PPL UL
10k steps

NUTRITION:
TRAINING DAYS: 2474 approx
P: 252, F: 40, C: 250

REST DAYS: 2036 approx
P: 247, F:41, C:150

1x Adductors 20 x 80kg
2x Leg curl 12 x 40kg
2x Leg extension 13 x 60kg
2x calf raise 15 x 120kg
1x double track squat 9 x 0
1x Single leg press 10 x 60kg
1x leg press 13 x 130kg
1x leg press calf raise 21 x 160kg

Last 3 exercises I felt really locked in and pushed out some really good working sets
