Check in time! I was away for the weekend but got steps in with a hike over the two days, and now we're back into a big week in the gym. Progression from legs last week is that we're up a few kg's and reps which is awesome.
@Southern Cross Labs test e EOD is smooth, no pip and is getting the job done nicely alongside their reta.
Water weight has decreased after sorting salt/potassium levels too with dropping the salt back to 1g pink salt 2g heart salt per meal

As of this week I have added 3iu of hgh every night alongside 25mg slu morning and night with the guidance of my coach
@LVTN so keen to see the progression using these.

GHK-cu 3mg - Every Night
